- High season (July and August): €150 per night
- Mid season (May, June, September) : €110 per night
- Low season (October to April) : €100 per night
- Easter holiday (4/4/2026 - 19/4/2026) : €125 per night
- Christmas holiday (19/12/2026 - 3/1/2027) : €125 per night
- Long stay of minimum 30 nights, during low season (except Christmas and Easter holidays) : €50 per night.
- Cost for check-in, check-put and Cleaning : €180
- Elektriciteit : €0,45/kWh
- Security deposit : €300
- Cot and high chair: €25
- Maximum 4 guests
- Use of sheets and towels is included in the price.
